Please note that many of our physical products (such as mugs, T-shirts and colouring book) produced and shipped by a trusted third-party manufacturing partner.
This allows us to provide high-quality products, reliable printing, and worldwide delivery.
Because of this:

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will go through a production stage before shipping.
Estimated production time:

Apparel & mugs: 3–7 business days

Colouring books: 3–10 business days
(This may be slightly longer during busy seasons or holidays.)
Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order will be shipped.
Estimated delivery times:

Tracking Your Order
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where available).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.

Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately.
This is normal and simply means your items were fulfilled from different production locations.
