Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital products including our downloadable planners, affirmation cards, journals, and vision boards are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
Because these items are instantly delivered and accessible, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us we’re always happy to help resolve access problems.
Physical Products
Physical products including our colouring books, mugs and t-shirts, are manufactured and fulfilled by a trusted third-party printing partner.

Returns & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted

Your order arrives significantly different from what was advertised
To qualify:

Once your return or refund is approved, we will arrange replacement or refund options for you.
Change of Mind Returns
Because our products are printed on demand, returns for change of mind, size errors, or personal preference are not generally accepted.
However, please reach out, we will always try our best to support you.
Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to an error on our or the manufacturer’s part, we will cover replacement or refund costs.
